Bare hands! She'll just pinch it to put it off. Being inmune to fire is only helpful in this endeavour.

While she is a charisma-based character (as a paladin/hexblade warlock), and could easily lie and pretend she's actually okay with whoever she hates, she just... Won't. Won't waste the energy to pretend anything like that. She has a lot of beef with her sister-in-law, who she considers to be a rich pompous asshole, and she'll just tell her in the face she's an asshole. Their interactions mostly boil down to being extremely passive with each other.

Yxala will also make very crass remarks about people she doesn't like. She uh, has directly told one of the BBEGs to his face that he's compensating for particularly minuscule assets.

56. If they’re scared, who do they want comfort from? Does this answer change depending on the type of fear?

Mostly her partners, Urion and Relent, and to a smaller degree some of her closer friends (like Scylla and Yden!). She is terrible at showing weakness or admitting she needs help of any sort, and keeps that as private as she can. Which was a very unhealthy mechanism, specially given both of her partners had been assumed dead.

Now that Relent is back with her, she's at least had an outlet to admit when she's scared or needs help, which it's definitely good for her mental health. She otherwise would still bottle up her fears and keep a tough face.

Gaara has a surprisingly nice voice, low and melodic. He has obviously never received voice training, and isn't in the habit of singing in general. He is most likely to do so within a larger group - for instance, during a festival or other celebration in which everyone is engaged in song together. For this reason his singing voice goes largely unnoticed.

Rumor has it he will sing to his plants - quietly, more of a hum than a true song - but this has yet to be confirmed.

Dude I actually do know Matilda!!! I don’t listen to Harry Styles that much but I do think he has a sweet voice (I like the softness) and he reminds me of being 12. Matilda is sooo nostalgic bc it reminds me of being 12 I think.

So people once were calling me a terf, persecuting me just because I held some different opinion. the car broke down by the denny's where you used to work and therefore could never return to. i am trying to pick out the satisfying parts of my life, one-by-one, like i am 12 and in a frog dissection. everything in my life all viscera and formaldehyde. if i can sort the good things from the bad things, i will have a nice clean pile.

google says the closest tow (joe's pick up) is 50 minutes away and also closed permanently. so that's not great. you live in another state and i should be calling my insurance company. i should be calling anybody else. this is not helping. i need an uber. i need to get moving. instead i say: "i need three words for a poem."

yesterday i said love you, goodnight after our 2 hour call like always and then you just, like. paused. all i could hear was your breathing. and then you'd said what a pretty three-word poem. i love you too, sweet thing. the words made my tinnitus act up again, and i must have some kind of synesthesia, because the sound travelled into my mind until it became the shape wedding rings.

i don't want to discredit the work that writers do, especially in laying the groundwork for a character like homelander and crafting a compelling arc for him with every new season. and i'm sure they were very involved in the making of ep 4 as well, despite kripke generously giving credit where it's due here. however...

it is nice to know that antony starr has not only elevated the character with a superb performance but also made some pretty valuable contributions to the script :) obviously i'm biased but i think he is the standout of every episode. i'm throwing emmys at him
